Refund policy
Warranty
RoofPod products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to the original purchaser only.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, or parts that fail under normal use.
If a defect is confirmed, RoofPod will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- UV damage
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, dents, or fabric discolouration
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper handling
- Weather or storm damage
Shipping Damage
Once a RoofPod product has left our premises and is handed over to the courier, RoofPod cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or transport.
Customers should inspect their product immediately upon delivery and report any courier-related damage directly to the shipping provider.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product and production process:
- No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and a deposit has been received.
- Orders confirmed with a deposit are considered final and binding.
Exchanges
If a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect within the warranty period, RoofPod will:
- Repair the defective part, or
- Replace the defective part or product
This will be done at RoofPod’s discretion after inspection of the item.
Product Use Disclaimer
RoofPod cannot be held liable for:
- Damage to vehicles
- Damage to roof racks or accessories
- Any loss or injury resulting from installation or use
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe use of the product.
Use of the RoofPod product is entirely at the customer's own risk.
